2. You purchase a Guarantee that assures you that if your present home doesn’t sell within 180 days, Augustine Homes will buy it at an agreed upon price.
   
3. You arrange to purchase your new home with the Guarantee, rather than a contingency. (Sellers typically prefer non-contingent contracts.)
   
4. If your home sells within 180 days, great. If it doesn’t, Augustine Homes will buy it for the pre-agreed price so that you can close on your new home.
